- Took over a small, static HTML professional service website with 7,000 hits per month and turned it into a highly-ranked, database-driven ASP, CSS-styled website with over 86,000 hits per month by studying and employing white hat search engine optimization (SEO) methods and pay-per-click advertising.
- Designed and developed two new professional service websites in IIS and SQL Server, and optimized for search engine placement by fine-tuning metadata and adjusting content.

Systems Administrator
Network responsibilities: Include administration, network security, Active Directory maintenance, Disaster Recovery Plan compliance, Windows Server 2003 and Exchange Server 2003 deployments and maintenance.
Other accomplishments: Design and publishing of online and print marketing materials using Photoshop and MS Publisher, including firm brochure and datasheets. Design, deployment, and maintenance of database applications in MS Access and SQL Server. Distributed File System (DFS) design and deployment, intranet wiki, intranet help desk.

My areas of specialization are Professional ethics, Nursing ethics, Bioethics, and Theoretical ethics. Areas of competence include Plato's Dialogues, Logic, Aristotle, Feminist theory, and Introductory philosophy/ethics courses.
